Getting Started
No. Tempo works via WhatsApp and any mobile browser. No app download or installation required.
Register for free, create your first project, and add workers with their phone numbers. Workers receive a WhatsApp message or PIN to start clocking in.
Once added, workers receive a WhatsApp message from the Tempo bot. They can clock in and out by tapping buttons in the chat.
Features
Workers open the Tempo chat in WhatsApp and tap 'Clock In'. The bot confirms with the project name, time, and GPS location. Natural language commands also work.
On Android devices, workers can tap an NFC tag to clock in instantly. QR codes work on all devices as an alternative.
Location is checked once at clock-in to verify the worker is on site. The GPS coordinates are recorded with the time entry. There is no background tracking.
Yes. Create multiple projects within your organization, or set up separate organizations. Workers can be assigned to specific projects.

Yes. Unlimited workers, projects, and timesheets at no cost. No credit card required to sign up.
We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core time tracking features will remain free.
Privacy & Security
All data is stored in the European Union on Supabase infrastructure. We comply with GDPR requirements.
No. GPS is only checked once at the moment of clock-in. We do not track location in the background or between clock events.
English, French, German, Russian, and Romanian. Both the web app and WhatsApp bot support all five languages.
